Heather LaRowe has over 20 years of experience in government contracting, business development, and project management. Heather currently serves as the President of Radome Services LLC, a company providing technical services in RF shelter design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Mohawk Valley Materials, Inc. where they focused on growing the business through pipeline development, partnerships, and proposals. Heather also managed large, complex proposals and contracts and successfully captured $10M in new work annually. Before that, they worked as a Director of Training Area Management at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. where they implemented and grew the Integrated Training Area Management Program for the Army. Heather also played a vital role in developing project management processes and templates to achieve quality objectives and mitigate risks/ issues. Heather began their career working in the environmental compliance and natural resources field with the Montana Department of Military Affairs and the National Guard Bureau.

Heather LaRowe has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire. Heather also has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Wildlife Resources from the University of Idaho. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2010, completed Scrum Fundamentals training from SCRUMstudy in September 2014, and earned Business Development and Proposal Management certificates from Shipley Associates in March 2017.
