Monica Stubner

Monica Stubner currently serves as the Director of Operations at Radome Services LLC, a position held since July 2017. Prior to this role, Monica held the title of Construction Manager at Community Housing Resource, Inc. from March 2001 to July 2017. In the capacity of Construction Manager, Monica acted as a liaison between owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors, managed construction plans, created specification packages, secured building permits under a CS license, and oversaw all phases of construction, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and financial tracking.
