Sudi Sankavaram

Sudi Sankavaram is a Partner at Radus, with the responsibility of managing the “Information Governance and Business Intelligence” practice. Sudi is an accomplished and results-driven professional, with 25 years of diverse technical experience and proven leadership in designing and delivering data driven business solutions that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. He strives to give clients high value solutions that can be implemented quickly, incrementally and without significant risk.

Since he joined Radus in 2006, Sudi has been responsible for creating the road map for the Information Governance and Business Intelligence practice, developing various workbooks and methodologies for all aspects of the data lifecycle. He has also been successful in delivering BI, Information Governance, KPI development, and other BI related solutions for numerous government and commercial entities.

Prior to joining Radus, Sudi managed the Business Intelligence practice at America Online. He developed all aspects of their Business Intelligence solution. Prior to America Online, Sudi served as an Engagement Manager and a Principal Consultant at Business Objects America (now SAP) delivering BI Solutions to several fortune 500 companies.

Sudi also was a hands-on architect of several products that are in use by many state and local entities. He was hands-on with oversight in leading all stages of system development and deployment efforts. He displays effectiveness in directing the alignment of technical and process solutions from concept through implementation, constantly managing the needs of the customer, team, and project.
