Shimon Lavi

Shimon Lavi is currently the Director of Global Sales Enablement at Radware, a position held since August 2017, where responsibilities include driving revenue growth through innovative sales enablement programs and cultivating a winning sales culture. Previous experience includes serving as Global Sales Enablement Manager at Radware, Leader of Global Learning Solutions for Service at Verint Systems, and Operations Manager at GE Healthcare, among other roles. Shimon’s background features extensive leadership in customer care, operations, and project engineering, highlighted by founding the Project Engineering team at Verint Systems. Shimon holds a Master's degree in Organizational-Consulting-Managers and various certifications in coaching and neuroscience of learning, complemented by a solid foundation in business management.
