Gina Vollmer

Gina Vollmer, MBA, JD, currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Radwell International, with a key role in the Association of Corporate Counsel's Compliance & Ethics Network. Previously, Gina was Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Gleason Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the legal team to ensure compliance and support business objectives. Other significant positions include Sr. Corporate Counsel at The Home Depot, focusing on international supply chain regulatory matters, and Assistant General Counsel at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing international trade compliance and anti-bribery initiatives. Gina’s early career involved roles at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, DiRenzo & Bomier, and various internships, providing a strong foundation in business and corporate law. Educational qualifications include a JD from Marquette University Law School, an MBA from Valparaiso University, and a B.S. in Business-Marketing from Marquette University.
