Dustin Semple

Dustin Semple is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego since November 2023, Dustin previously held various project management roles at Kitchell from September 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included Project Manager II, Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer. Prior experience includes the position of Project Engineer at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. from January 2020 to September 2021, and at ISEC, Inc. from November 2017 to December 2019. Dustin's career began in the banking sector as Department Lead at Bank of America from March 2005 to November 2015 and included a brief internship as a Project Engineer Intern at General Coatings Corporation in 2015. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
