Lauren van Woy

Lauren Van Woy is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an Emergency Medicine Physician at Palomar Medical Center, both roles held since July 2021. Previously, Lauren served as an Urgent Care Physician at Kaiser Permanente from October 2020 to June 2021 and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Kaiser Permanente - San Diego from June 2018 to June 2021, where also acted as a Wellness Champion and Social Outreach Chair. Early career experiences include positions as an Emergency Medicine Scribe at ScribeAmerica, a Medical Spanish Interpreter and Intern at Palomar Health, and various roles in customer service and medical assistance. Lauren Van Woy holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara (2006-2010).
