Eli Arazi

Eli Arazi is an experienced IT professional with a focus on applications management and ERP implementations, currently serving as Applications Manager at Rafa Laboratories since October 2021, overseeing Oracle EBS 12.1. Prior to this role, Eli managed the ERP Implementation department at Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises LTD from July 2015 to September 2021, also working with Oracle EBS 12.1. Between January 2005 and June 2015, Eli held multiple positions at Oracle, including Projects Management in Finance Practice, Program Manager, and ERP Manager, with a significant role in localizing Oracle’s products and leading global projects for Cloud ERP development. Eli’s career began as a Senior Finance Consultant at an Oracle Partner from December 1998 to December 2004, specializing in Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades. Eli holds education from Bar-Ilan University and the Israel Management Center (IMC) with a degree in CIO.
