Fred Johnson

Fred Johnson serves as the Vice President of AZ Operations at Rafael Construction Inc, leading Arizona's construction efforts with a focus on pre-construction, client development, project execution oversight, and business growth. Prior to this role, Fred was a Certified Ambassador (Emeritus) for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, advocating for regional economic development. Experience also includes serving as a Project Executive at Gray Construction, managing sophisticated proposals for advanced manufacturing projects, and as Operations Manager for CTCI Americas Inc, focusing on large semiconductor projects. Additional roles at Renaissance Companies, The Opus Group®, and Ryan Companies involved senior project management of significant industrial and commercial developments. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
