The leadership team at Rafay has a wealth of experience in the customer success and operations field. Previous roles include VP Customer Success and Operations at rThreat, Senior Director Worldwide Customer Operations at BlackBerry, and Senior Director Worldwide Customer Operations at Cylance Inc. The team also has a strong background in engineering, with degrees from Coleman University, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and University of Maryland. In addition to customer success and operations, the team also has experience in product management from companies such as Okta, Inc. and Neustar, Inc.
