Ece Bulut currently holds the position of Learning and Development Manager at Raffles Istanbul since October 2021, previously serving as Talent & Learning Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at Accor, where Ece held various roles, including Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Executive at Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus and Novotel & Ibis Hotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu, as well as positions in conference and group sales and front office operations. Ece's educational background includes a degree in Tourism Management from Akdeniz University (2006-2011) and ongoing studies in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University.
