Gladys Pratiwi

Gladys Pratiwi is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Raffles Jakarta since July 2021. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Assistant Human Resources Manager at Four Points by Sheraton from March 2019 to July 2021, and positions at Raffles Jakarta as Assistant Learning Manager and Learning Coordinator between May 2014 and November 2018. Earlier experience includes various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2012 to May 2014, including Guest Relations Executive at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay and Learning Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. Gladys holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Banking & Finance from President University, obtained from 2009 to 2013.
