Rachel Mariner is currently working as a Counsel at Rafii & Associates, P.C., specializing in plaintiff side privacy and employment cases. Prior to their current role, Rachel held various positions including Managing Director at Incandenza Ltd, Senior Counsel at Hoist Group, and General Counsel at Swisscom. With a strong background in commercial contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, GDPR compliance, and data protection, Rachel has extensive experience in the legal field. Rachel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Wheaton College.
