Scott Leishman currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Raft, an intelligent logistics platform transforming freight forwarding and customs brokering through automation. In addition to this role, Scott is an advisor and Chief People Officer at Previse, managing internal operations and people-related matters. As a founding partner of Excelerate Partners, Scott provides interim and advisory services to tech-focused businesses seeking successful scaling. Scott also serves as an advisor to the Swedish technology start-up TVM and has previously held interim and advisory positions in multiple organizations, including Quorso, GoCardless, and Unlockd, focusing on growth and people function development. With a co-founding background at Scede, Scott has extensive experience in supporting technology leaders and investors in innovative recruiting practices.
