Angie Flores

Angie Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial planning and management within the water utility sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Manager at Raftelis, Angie leads the Austin office, overseeing new business development and staff management while directing financial planning and cost of service studies for municipal and water district clients. As a co-owner of JF Mechanical Services, Angie contributes to the family-owned HVAC business. Previous roles include Rates and Finance Lead at HDR and various positions at LCRA, where responsibilities encompassed financial forecasting, budget preparation, and rate analysis. Earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at the Texas Water Development Board. Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
