Julie Gieseke Ma

Julie Gieseke MA, CPCC is an experienced visual facilitator and consultant with a diverse background in organization development and instructional design. Currently serving as a Visual Facilitator at Raftelis since January 2020, Gieseke also leads their own consulting practice, where the focus is on unlocking potentials in individuals and teams. Past roles include Principal at mapthemind and Knowledge Worker at Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment, along with consulting stints at Enact Global Consulting and Olive Grove Consulting. Gieseke has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Fielding Graduate University. Gieseke holds a Master's degree in Organization Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Film and Video Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
