Lisa Wilson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Raftelis since August 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic HR initiatives. Previously held positions include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Peak 10 + ViaWest, where collaboration with leadership on HR-related issues was key. Lisa served as a Senior Analyst at SABIC Innovative Plastics, providing HR business partner support and coaching for management. Earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at Orange Water and Sewer Authority and Benefits Administrator at OPC Area Program, focusing on employee benefits administration. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC San Diego.
