Nicki Bartak is a consultant at Raftelis since January 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Administrative Analyst in Real Estate Services for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from October 2019 to August 2022. In this role, Nicki researched sewer easement ownership and coordinated a centralized database of spatially-linked records. Notably, during a brief stint at the City and County of San Francisco's Emergency Operations Center in March 2020, Nicki developed a relational database for tracking PPE distribution amid the COVID-19 response.
