Vanessa Waller

Vanessa Waller is a Senior Consultant at Raftelis since June 2017, having progressed through various roles including Consultant and Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes a Clean Water Supply Internship at American Rivers, where Vanessa focused on researching local water supply and quality issues. Additionally, at Duke University's Nicholas School River Center, Vanessa managed water sample organization and preparation as a Mountaintop Mining Research Lab Assistant. Early roles involved volunteer work in soil science and land management at The Morton Arboretum and Cantigny, respectively, as well as an internship with the USGBC Illinois Chapter where Vanessa contributed to conference planning and member engagement. Vanessa holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Sustainability from Principia College.
