Wilma Troiss

Wilma Troiss is a Senior Geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently at RAG Austria AG since January 2022, Wilma previously held a Senior Geologist position at RAG E&P GmbH from January 2020 to December 2021. From April 2006 to July 2018, Wilma served as the Head of Geology & Geophysics National and as the Head of Production and Operation Geology & Geophysics at RAG Rohöl-Aufsuchungs AG, overseeing the planning and execution of appraisal and production wells, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and managing geological drilling programs. Earlier career experience includes a Trainee role at interoil/Proseis, focused on seismic interpretation and static modeling in Petrel. Wilma holds a Master’s degree in Economic Geology from Montanuniversität Leoben, completed in 2005.
