Rick Miller is an experienced CEI Inspector at Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc. since August 2019. Previously, Rick served as a Senior Engineering Technician at TTL, Inc. from January 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included asphalt testing and overseeing the placement of Coal Ash and Gypsum at TVA power plants, along with concrete and masonry testing. Earlier experience includes the role of Engineering Technician at Stantec, contributing to the TVA Ash Recovery Project from May 2012 to January 2014. Rick Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Maryville College, completed between 1984 and 1989.
