Sean Keenan

Sean Keenan is an accomplished EMS Medical Director at UCHealth, overseeing 14 agencies across Teller County, western El Paso County, and SE Park County. With extensive experience in emergency medicine, Keenan serves as the Assistant Director for The Center for COMBAT Research and as CEO/Trustee for Specialized Medical Standards, focusing on Austere Emergency Care education. As Chief Medical Officer for Ragged Edge Solutions, Keenan contributes to Prolonged Field Care training and innovation. Additionally, Keenan operates Disruptive Medical Solutions, Inc. and provides consulting for the Joint Trauma System and the US Army, drawing from a rich background that includes roles as an Emergency Physician and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Evans Army Community Hospital. Keenan holds an MD from the Uniformed Services University and a BS in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
