Daniela Russo is currently pursuing a PhD in Immunology at Harvard Medical School since August 2024, while also serving as a Bioinformatics Analyst II at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT, and Harvard since April 2021, where bioinformatic approaches are applied to study regeneration mechanisms in Hydra. Prior experience includes working as a Laboratory Research Assistant at McMaster University from September 2018 to February 2021 and serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for various Life Sciences courses. Daniela also held roles as VP Management at Smart Steps McMaster, Research Assistant at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, and Peer Mentor for McMaster University International Student Services, in addition to previous positions as an Appointment Call Center Agent at REMAX Escarpment, Sales Associate at DSW, and Sales Office Administrator at Tribute Communities. Daniela earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University in June 2020.
