Gail Sanders

Gail Sanders currently serves as the Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives and Development at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gail Sanders was associated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from May 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Director of OPP Operations and Strategy, Associate Director of Prospect Management, and various positions within the Office of Philanthropic Partnerships. Earlier professional experiences include roles at The University of Texas at Austin, where Gail Sanders managed annual giving programs and coordinated public events related to Mexico, as well as enhancing campus-wide privacy and security compliance in the Office of Legal Affairs. Additional experience includes serving as Exhibitions Coordinator at the Austin Museum of Art and teaching and translating as a self-employed individual. Gail Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
