Akshay Bharadwaj

Akshay Bharadwaj is a Senior Associate at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since March 2022, focusing on IPR litigation, enforcement, and customs. Prior to this role, Akshay served as a Legal Associate at Mason & Associates Advocates from July 2021 to February 2022, specializing in IPR litigation, oppositions, trademark and copyright infringement, and media and entertainment law. Akshay's earlier experience includes a Legal Associate position at Īksha Legal from February 2019 to July 2021, addressing white collar crimes, disputes, and transactional and advisory work. Akshay began the legal career as an intern at various firms, including Athena Legal, Karanjawala & Co, and Singhania & Partners LLP.
