Brett Howard

Brett Howard has extensive experience in public safety and behavioral support roles, currently serving as the Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority since August 2021. Prior to this position, Brett worked as a Behavioral Support/Safe Team member at CPC Behavioral Healthcare from January 2018 to July 2021, utilizing specialized training in behavioral and psychiatric support. Brett's background includes security service as an SSO Officer with the East Brunswick Board of Education from July 2016 to January 2018, and a long tenure in law enforcement, having retired as a Police Officer from the Fort Lee Police Department after 14 years of service, alongside roles with North Bergen Police Department and Hudson County Corrections. Brett's educational credentials include degrees and certifications from the Newark Police Academy, Skillman Correctional Training Facility, Hudson County Community College, and various coaching courses from Rutgers University.
