Shreyak Chavan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Manager - Human Resource at Raiaskaran since October 2024. Previously, Shreyak held the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at SILA, successfully leading a team to recruit over 100 professionals and achieving an 83% increase in candidate quality. Shreyak's career includes experience as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Knight Frank, where responsibilities involved supporting recruitment strategies and identifying candidates, and a background in research and recruitment for the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors at WhiteCrow Research. Earlier roles in customer service at Tech Mahindra Business Services, Serco, and Wipro BPS laid a solid foundation in customer interaction and problem resolution. Shreyak is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at DY Patil University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Mumbai.

Switching to green energy sources by approximately 40%, our engineers have successfully attained a low carbon footprint, across our residential and commercial assets. Our upcoming commercial property in Bandra, Mumbai, has received the LEED platinum pre-certification (one of the most stringent certifications globally) due to this. With a few firsts to our credit - we implemented the NFPA 101 (National Fire Protection Association, Fire & Life Safety Ecosystem) alongside providing alternating current (AC) & Diesel Generator sets in India way back in 2001. Apart from being the rare few to provide a floor-to-ceiling height of 14 feet, ensuring we mean business when we mention the word - Space.
