Shreyak Chavan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Manager - Human Resource at Raiaskaran since October 2024. Previously, Shreyak held the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition at SILA, successfully leading a team to recruit over 100 professionals and achieving an 83% increase in candidate quality.
