Endri Lickollari

Endri Lickollari is a seasoned professional in the field of software development and project management, currently serving as a Delivery Lead at Raiffeisen Bank Albania since September 2019. In this role, Endri manages the delivery of key initiatives for corporate lending customers, employing agile methodologies to enhance project workflows. Previous experience includes positions as a Software Engineer and Software Developer at Raiffeisen Bank where responsibilities encompassed overseeing agile teams and developing scalable applications. Prior to that, Endri worked at Logical Albania, implementing dynamic translation for internal applications and developing cross-platform solutions. Experience also includes freelance web development as a Full Stack Developer, showcasing adaptability across various technologies. Endri holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana, completed in 2018.
