Joana Muka

Joana Muka is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank Albania since April 2022, Joana previously held positions as a BSS Analyses and Testing Specialist at ALBtelecom Albania from December 2019 to April 2022, and as an IT Specialist at the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interests (ILDKPKI) from February 2014 to February 2019. Joana's earlier career included roles such as IT Support and Coordinator at Miele, Technical & IT Support at ΚΟΥΡΤΗ & ΣΙΑ Ο.Ε., and Software Programmer at Tecnoindex. Joana holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, completed between 1991 and 1996.
