Kleida Muslija

Kleida Muslija has over 15 years of experience in talent management and development, currently serving as the Talent Management and Development Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Albania since March 2008, where a focus on nurturing a learning culture and implementing effective learning strategies is emphasized. Previously, Kleida held the position of Learning and Development Manager at ProCredit Bank from December 2005 to March 2008 and worked as an Institutions and Corporate Client Relationship Manager at the SEED Program / IFC from June 2003 to December 2005, starting a career as a Project Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant. Kleida holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tirana, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the same university, completed from 2000 to 2004.
