Gerhard Stefan

Gerhard Stefan has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership and development roles within prominent banking institutions. Currently serving as the People Business Leader for CIO/COO and Retail at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since July 2010, Gerhard acts as an HR Business Partner to Board Members and Leadership Teams. Previous positions at Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG included roles as Head of Training and Development and Head of Professional Development, along with the position of Senior Manager HR Development. Earlier career experiences at SAP included serving as Education Manager for SAP Business School in Vienna. Gerhard holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Technische Mathematik from Technische Universität Wien.
