Iryna Arzner

Iryna Arzner is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in customer growth, relationship management, and risk oversight, currently serving as the Head of Group Retail Customer Growth at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since July 2013. Iryna has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Group Retail Customer Success & Monetization and Head of Group Retail Customer Relationship Management. In addition to these roles, Iryna is an active member of supervisory boards for Raiffeisen Bank Kosova and Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska and serves on the Board of Directors for Mobey Forum. Previous positions include Credit Policy Manager at ZUNO BANK AG and Head of various departments at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where Iryna managed substantial portfolios and developed risk management strategies. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
