Shokouh Mohaghegh

Shokouh Mohaghegh is an experienced Senior Scrum Master currently at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since October 2024, with prior experience leading Scrum teams at Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH and Avast. At Greentube, Shokouh successfully managed multiple squads within a SAFe Framework, significantly enhancing productivity and project delivery speed. With a track record of improving team performance through the implementation of OKRs and JIRA dashboards, Shokouh also has experience in fostering Agile practices at Snapp! and Move’m Now, where notable productivity boosts were achieved. Shokouh holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz.
