Zheni Mio

Zheni Mio is an experienced professional with a strong background in communication and IT management. Currently serving as a Professional IT Consultant for Communication & Community Management at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since April 2022, Zheni focuses on enhancing collaboration across Group IT. In addition, Zheni has been a Volunteer Social Media Manager for Stepic CEE Charity since June 2020. Zheni's tenure at Raiffeisen Bank Albania spanned from October 2005 to April 2022, where various roles included responsibilities in internal communication, web management, and social media management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Marketing Specialist at Deka and a brief project role in International Retail Strategy & Products at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Academically, Zheni holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Tirana.
