Arta Celina has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources Management and Leadership. Arta started their career at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, where they served as the Head of People, Culture, and Learning, responsible for implementing and developing HR strategies and policies. Arta has also worked as a lecturer and mentor in specialized training programs at A.U.K., CEED Kosovo, RTC Consulting, and Business Support Centre Kosovo. Additionally, they have served as a member of the Human Resources Committees at Kosovo Banking Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. Prior to their HR roles, Arta worked as an Administration & Personnel Manager at Save the Children UK and as a Professor of Mathematics at High School "Gani Çavdarbasha".

Arta Celina has a Diploma of Higher School Qualification in the Department of Mathematics from the University of Prizren. Arta obtained this degree in 1997. Arta further pursued their education at Danube University Krems, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, starting in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Arta Celina has obtained several certifications, including Protocol Academy of Kosovo in 2010 and various training programs in areas such as leadership, management, customer service, and performance management.
