Blerim Salihu

Blerim Salihu has extensive experience in learning and training, currently serving as a People Learning Strategy Partner at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since June 2005, with previous roles as a Senior eLearning and Training Specialist and SE Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes working as an International Trainer and Training Coordinator with the International Organization for Migration from December 2004 to March 2005, and as a National Trainer for OSCE between June 2000 and December 2004. Blerim began his career as a Volunteering Language Assistant for Missione Arcobaleno in Italy and as a Volunteer with UNHCR in early 1999. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ljubljana, professional online studies in Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University, and Gamification from The Wharton School. Blerim also holds a University Degree in Management and Informatics from Universiteti i Prishtines.
