Xhesika Marki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Blitz Group and Operations Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since January 2021, Xhesika has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing teams and driving organizational success. Prior to these roles, Xhesika worked as a Supervisor and Agent at Bambus Group from 2017 and as a Manager at MoneyGram International since February 2016. Xhesika holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universum International College and another in Management of Tourism & Hotelery from the University of Applied Sciences.
