Eszter Makovinyi

Eszter Makovinyi is currently serving as a Project Controller at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since July 2023, where responsibilities include financial control of IT projects and approval of procurement requests and accounts payable invoices. Prior to this role, Eszter worked as a Project Coordinator and Junior HR Consultant at Vision Recruitment from August 2021 to June 2022, engaging in candidate sourcing, CV analysis, interviewing, and supporting candidates throughout the selection process. Eszter holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Budapest Metropolitan University, completed in January 2023, and recently pursued additional education between February 2023 and May 2023.
