Kinga Tagscherer

Kinga Tagscherer is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the CX-SD Transformation Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since January 2022. Prior experience includes leading the Acceptance Department at Cofidis Magyarországi Fióktelepe, where a significant reorganization and digitalization of acceptance processes were implemented. Previous roles span operations management during the merger of Banif Plus Bank with Cofidis, project management focusing on communication strategy and website redesign at Cofidis Hungary, and establishing customer service operations as a Call Center Supervisor at both Cofidis and Aegon. Kinga holds a Bachelor's degree in PR and event management from Berzsenyi Dániel College and has pursued additional professional development in Agile methodologies and product ownership.
