László Siklódi

László Siklódi has worked at various companies and held several roles throughout their career. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Corvinus University of Budapest until 2013. In the same year, they also had internships as a Risk Analyst at K&H Group and as a Business Analyst Intern at GE Capital - Budapest Bank.

In 2015, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Market Risk Analyst, where they worked until 2017. László then moved to Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where they held various positions. László started as a Credit Risk and ICAAP Coordination Expert from 2017 to 2019, followed by a role as a Validation and ICAAP Coordination Expert from May 2019 to December 2019. László was then promoted to Head of Credit Risk Validation, leading a team of four members from December 2019 to August 2023.

Currently, they are working at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary as the Head of Model Validation, leading a team of eight. In this role, they perform reviews, validations, and monitorings of various models, presents validation results to senior management and other stakeholders, and takes part in projects and processes such as capital/RWA impact analysis and the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP).
