Ingrid C. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ingrid started their career as a Praktikum at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in 2007, where they gained practical experience. In 2008, they joined Niedersächsische Staatskanzlei for another Praktikum, where they worked on PR and Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, coordinated projects, and provided Fachberatung zur Europäischen Union. In 2010, they became a Consultant at Lehner Executive Partners, where they presumably provided consulting services. Since 2012, Ingrid has been working at Raiffeisen Informatik, starting with a role in Recruiting & Personalentwicklung, then transitioning into the role of Gruppenleiterin Personalentwicklung und Recruiting, and finally moving into the current role of People & Change: Personalentwicklung.
