Johannes Hofer

Johannes Hofer has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Johannes most recently worked at Raiffeisen Informatik as an IT Security Architect - Privileged Access Management since August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at BMW Group as an IT Security Engineer - Privileged Access Management from November 2017 to July 2022.

Before joining BMW Group, Johannes worked as an IT Consultant for their own business from October 2012 to July 2016. Johannes also gained experience at S4 Informationssysteme GmbH, where they worked as an IT-Project Manager from April 2011 to June 2012, and as an IT-Systems Engineer from April 2008 to March 2011.

Johannes'scareer began at Cashcom GmbH, where they served as an IT-Technician (Apprenticeship) from September 2005 to April 2008.

Johannes Hofer's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Johannes also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management, Communication & IT and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in the same field from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.

Moreover, they are a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), certified by (ISC)² in April 2023. Lastly, Johannes is a Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, certified by Splunk in August 2020.
