Ladislav Mertus

Ladislav Mertus has extensive experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Head of DICC & Finance IT Development and previously as the Head of DWH small development & bugfixing at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since July 2013, Ladislav has been instrumental in managing development teams, overseeing DWH delivery process improvements, and coordinating a variety of projects including ODS III and Debt Manager 7. Prior roles at Raiffeisenbank CZ involved project management and leading several LEAN initiatives, solidifying a strong foundation in organizational architecture and technology enhancements. Earlier experience includes roles as an Expert in Business Intelligence and a Database Developer at Sitronics Telecom Solutions. Ladislav holds a degree in Inženýr from the University of Zilina.
