Marketa Silhanova

Marketa Silhanova has extensive experience in risk management and fraud prevention within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Fraud Risk Management and Head of Operational Risk at Raiffeisenbank a.s. since September 2016, Marketa has a proven track record in leading fraud-related projects, managing authorizations for credit and debit cards, and conducting risk assessments for new products. Prior to this role, Marketa held various positions at Citi from 2000 to August 2016, including Authorization and Fraud Manager, where responsibilities included incident management, process improvements, and acting as the deputy of Country Fraud Head. Marketa's earlier experience includes leading a Soft Collection team at GE Capital and managing the implementation of collection systems. Marketa holds a Master's degree from Czech Technical University in Prague.
