Miroslav Frayer

Miroslav Frayer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment banking, equity analysis, and investor relations. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Manager Senior at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since June 2020, Miroslav focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Czech and Slovak markets, as well as bond issuances for local corporate clients. Previously, Miroslav held the position of Head of Investor Relations at MONETA Money Bank, responsible for financial results announcements and communication with analysts and investors. With extensive experience as a Senior Equity Analyst at Komerční banka, Miroslav conducted fundamental analyses of Czech companies, assessed foreign equity markets, and participated in investment allocation. Earlier roles include analyst positions at Volksbank CZ and Conseq Finance, contributing to macroeconomic research and investment recommendations. Miroslav holds an Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business and is associated with the CFA Institute.
