Matthew Clarke

Matthew Clarke is an experienced professional in change and release management, currently serving as Change And Release Manager at Rail Delivery Group since February 2020, where Matthew successfully implemented a new SaaS reservation system for the British Passenger Rail industry without downtime. Prior to this role, Matthew took a sabbatical from August 2019 to February 2020 and contributed significantly at IAG from November 2010 to July 2019 in various project management positions, including overseeing a $16M SAPHR migration across multiple countries and leading enterprise release processes. Previous roles also include IT Manager at Ella Baché, where a modernization strategy for the national IT network was executed, and Systems Engineer at Ensyst.
