Huntley Edwards began their work experience in 2012 as a Telephone Interviewer at RTI International, conducting computer-based interviews with accuracy and professionalism. In 2012, they also worked as a Venue Supervisor and Lighting Director at William Peace University, where they managed technical lighting, maintained facilities, and designed lighting arrays. In 2013, Huntley became the Exceptional Children's Director at Longleaf School of the Arts, coordinating special education services and managing grants. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Cengage, providing application support and escalating user reports. Since 2017, Huntley has been employed at Railinc Corp., first as a Lead Customer Success Specialist, providing customer support and maintaining product knowledge, and currently as a Product Support Specialist II, conducting technical analyses, resolving customer requests, and collecting feedback.
Huntley Edwards obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Elementary Special Education Programs from William Peace University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications as a Team Leader from CAI- Capital Associated Industries in February 2019 and in SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS in November 2018.
