Kristi Talley

Director Customer Experience at Railinc Corp.

Kristi Talley has a significant work experience in the rail industry. Kristi started their career at BNSF Railway in 1998 as a Project Manager for the Rate Management System, a role they held until 2004. In 2007, they joined Railinc Corp. and took on the position of Director of Rail Industry Relations, which they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Director of Interline Product Management. Most recently, they have been the Director of Customer Experience at Railinc Corp. since September 2015.

Kristi Talley pursued their higher education at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee between 1995 and 1998. During this time, they obtained a degree in Logistics and Transportation. Later, in 2005, Kristi attended Campbell University, where they completed their MBA.
