Mark Rubacky

Mark Rubacky is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software development and project management. Mark Rubacky has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Before that, they pursued an Associate of Sciences degree in Computer Science from Onondaga Community College from 1989 to 1991. Prior to their time at Onondaga, Mark studied Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo from 1987 to 1989, although they did not obtain a degree in this field.
