Shailendra Sinha has a diverse range of work experience spanning over the past two decades. Shailendra began their career as a Software Engineer at Nagarro in 2004, where they gained valuable experience in software development. From there, they joined IBM Global Process Services in 2005 as an Application Developer, where they focused on developing user interface templates and client-side validations using JSP, HTML, and CSS. Shailendra also designed, developed, and deployed J2EE components on Websphere 6.
Following their time at IBM, Shailendra worked at Island Insurance Company as a J2EE Architect. Shailendra was also involved in multiple platform migrations from Mainframe to Java and from on-prem Java-based applications to AWS cloud.

Shailendra Sinha began their education in 1989 at Jawahar Navodya Vidyalya Bikram in Patna. Shailendra completed their secondary education there in 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they attended Jawahar Navodya Vidyalya Birauli in Samastipur, where they studied Maths and Biology as part of their +2 degree. In 1997, they enrolled in Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting in 2000. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, Shailendra studied Computer Science at Maharshi Dayanand University, earning a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree.
